Readers of the weekly newspaper, The Valley Breeze, have cast their votes in the Voices of the Valley Community Awards, and Hearthside came out on top as the 2025 Best Museum in the Valley.

This summer, though, the hands of time have landed on a much more recent history which is 1960-1969 so those volunteers may now be dressed in tie-dye shirts and bell bottoms for the newest exhibit, "Summer of Love: A Journey Through the 1960s."

Read MoreOn Sunday, June 30th, the grounds of Hearthside will feature a psychic fair in a series known as "BeDazzled," mini-events which offer different pieces from the cancelled BeWitched event last fall. The mini-events are held outdoors and accompany "The Joy & Wonder of Miniatures" exhibit taking place inside the museum.
