An elaborate display of American flags both inside and outside the schoolhouse is the ideal setting to learn about the history of Flag Day.  

More info…..Among the unique flags shown this year is a huge Civil War flag dated between 1861-1863 and measures 7 ft high by 15 ft. wide.  There will be a children's craft activity too.   And at 12:30 and 1:30, there will be a presentation by members of the American Legion about the proper way to dispose of a flag.  Program is free but donations are gladly accepted.
