Attention
Due to COVID-19, our schedule may change so it is best to call ahead or review our Calendar of Events for announcements on upcoming programs or any changes.
At the present time, face masks are OPTIONAL by both our guests and volunteers. Advance reservations are required to help us stagger attendance and limit crowds.
How We Will Help to Keep You Safe:
The number of visitors at any one time will be limited to allow for physical distancing both within the museum and on the grounds.
Advance online registration and timed ticket sales are required to stagger visitors, allowing for limited capacity. For guests who are unable to do computer transactions, please call ahead to reserve and provide payment. 401-726-0597.
While exhibits are on display inside the museum, space is tighter. Reservations will be in timed allotments to allow for smaller groups to move to the other areas before the next group enters. One way foot traffic will be followed throughout the museum, with one entrance and one exit used.
Hand sanitizers will be made available to visitors and volunteers at various locations at each of our sites. A thorough cleaning and disinfecting will take place after each public opening.
What you should know before visiting
No guest entry before the scheduled time slot for your tickets. Please wait outside or in your car until your appointed time slot.
You may cancel your reservation up to the day of the tour for a full refund. No shows or last-minute cancellations on the day of the program or tour will not be refunded.
Member discounts will remain in effect, however reservations must still be made to accommodate the limited capacity of each time slot.
If you feel at all ill, please stay home and visit us another time. We want to keep everyone safe.
